?? HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. ONIONS: Soften 1 medium onion in a greased pan. Season with salt, pepper, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 tsp brown sugar. Cook low and slow.
2. PATTIES: Place two 80g beef mince balls into a hot greased pan. Smash flat, season with salt and pepper, and sear both sides until done.
