Kappabashi is a famous shopping street in Tokyo filled with kitchen tools, Japanese tableware, knives, food replicas, and many small things that make everyday cooking feel a little more enjoyable.
Lately, I’ve been thinking more about the small tools I use every day.
A favorite plate, a cup, or even a tiny chopstick rest can quietly change the feeling of a meal.

・4 boiled eggs
・3 tbsp mayonnaise
・Salt & pepper
・1 tsp sugar
・1 tsp vinegar
Adding a little karashi (Japanese mustard) and mayonnaise to the bread makes it even better.
