Crispy, juicy, homemade Raising Cane’s-style chicken tenders with that creamy, tangy dipping sauce ?? Perfect for a comfort food night at home! Ingredients For the marinade 10 chicken tenders 2 cups buttermilk 1 tablespoon paprika Black pepper, to taste For the dry batter 2 cups self-rising flour Salt, to taste For frying 8 ½ cups sunflower oil, or enough for deep frying (2 liters) For the sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup ketchup ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon paprika Instructions Marinate the chicken tenders with the buttermilk, paprika, and black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Coat the chicken in the self-rising flour and salt. Fry in hot oil at 360°F (180°C) until crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Season with salt. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika together. Enjoy.
