Recipe:-
1. For stuffing. In a pan take some chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp jeera, and 1 chopped onion. Roast it well then add 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal mirch, 1/2 tbsp haldi, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp of garam masala.
2. For dough, In a bowl take one bowl of maida along with 1/2 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of oil and water.
3. Make a soft dough.
4. Take small portion and roti nd fold it as shown and apply oil and dust maida.
5. Add the stuffing and roll as shown.
6. Fry in low heat oil until it becomes crispy.
7. Your tasty aloo patties is ready.. Enjoy..❤️
