This plant-based MyBacon from @myforestfoods is smoky, crispy, and made with simple, real ingredients…I’m obsessed.

INGREDIENTS:
- @myforestfoods MyBacon (I got mine from the @boisecoop)
- 1 egg per sandwich
- @ketoculturebaking Keto English muffins
- cheese slices
DIRECTIONS:
1) Cook MyBacon per package instructions until crispy. Set aside.
2) Crack eggs into round molds (for that classic shape) and cook until set.
3) Toast English muffins until golden.
4) Assemble: muffin + cheese + egg + crispy MyBacon. Enjoy!
