Hello everyone! Asparagus lovers who enjoy preparing it themselves are surely curious about the different ways to cook it. Sometimes I get tired of the classic asparagus with hollandaise sauce. In this short video, I'll show you an asparagus dish with fish fillets. I use pike-perch fillets because they are boneless. Of course, you can also use other types of fish, especially if you can't find pike-perch in your area.
