In this video I am going to train with Aida? a bit, then I am going to show you my little baking station? I set up on my kitchen island. We will try it out right away and make baked buns. I did some changes in the kithcen. I placed my freezer ?? from the pantry in to the kitchen, but we will have to defrost it and reorganize it too.
The next day we will go to grocery shopping to LIDL?. A package arrived too with a couple of things to my new baking corner too. ?️ ?

✏️✏️✏️Baked Bun Recipe ✏️✏️✏️:
600 g semi-coarse flour
1 pinch baking powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 yeast
jam / nutella
1 egg ?
200 ml milk ?
200 ml oil
salt ?
In a large bowl, put the flour, oil, warm milk, egg, salt, sugar, baking powder and yeast. (I used to knead the yeast a little beforehand by mixing lukewarm milk with yeast and sugar in a bowl.) Knead everything for about 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise for about 30-45 minutes. Take the dough out on a board and roll it out to about 1 cm thickness. Divide the dough into squares and fill with the filling. Place them next to each other on a baking sheet and brush them with oil on each side so that they can be separated better after baking. I like to give it a little eggwash too. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes. After baking, remove the buns from the oven and brush with lukewarm milk to soften them. Enjoy.
