High-Protein Homemade Breakfast Cereal I Take On Tour ?? | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free & Vegetarian

  • Tour life can make eating really difficult, especially when you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and dealing with swallowing issues from Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), fibromyalgia and chronic illness.
    I travel and tour on my Can-Am Spyder F3-S motorbike, so having nutritious food that I can easily carry with me is essential. This homemade high-protein breakfast cereal is my go-to travel food. I blend everything down with my Ninja to help reduce choking risks and make it easier for me to eat throughout the day while I’m on the road.
    Ingredients include:
    ? Chia seeds (always soak before eating, as dry chia seeds can swell)
    ? Hemp seeds
    ? Matcha
    ? Spirulina
    ? Sevenhills mushroom blend
    ? Mixed nuts and pecan nuts
    ? Protein powder
    ❤️ Beetroot powder
    I enjoy it with Plenish almond milk because it’s made with just almonds, water and salt, with no unnecessary additives.
