One man. 70 square feet. Homemade buns, beef tallow fries & unreal burgers in Bay Shore! ??

You guys told me I HAD to check out Fatty T’s Burger Shack in Bay Shore, NY… and once again, my followers were ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.
This entire operation is packed into a tiny 70-square-foot trailer, and somehow Vincenzo is running the whole thing BY HIMSELF.
And when I say he’s doing everything, I mean EVERYTHING.
? Homemade buns made fresh every day
? Custom short rib & brisket burger blend
? Thick-cut bacon straight from the butcher
? Fresh-cut fries and potato chips fried in beef tallow
? Fresh-cut caramelized onions
? Chicken battered fresh to order
? Homemade sauces
? Completely seed oil free
? Even the chocolate chip cookies are made from scratch!
Fatty T’s is named after Vincenzo’s late dog Tyson, his best friend and the inspiration behind this entire operation.
And Vincenzo himself makes the experience just as memorable as the food. The energy coming out of this little trailer is unbelievable. If you hear a loud “WOOOOOO!” while you’re waiting for your order… you’ve officially experienced Fatty T’s. ?
We tried the Classic, the double Fatty Stack, the incredible Maple Bacon Blue, the massive Fatty Mac Bowl, the THICC CHICK fried chicken sandwich, a loaded Wagyu hot dog AND one of his homemade chocolate chip cookies.
The Maple Bacon Blue was unforgettable, and that freshly battered THICC CHICK might honestly be one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had.
What blows my mind is that food with this level of quality is coming out of a 70-square-foot trailer operated by ONE PERSON.
This is exactly why I love discovering small businesses like this.
